** IMPORTANT INFO (Please Read ALL) **
· Timed entry tickets are for a three-hour tour only. At the end of your 3-hour time slot, you will be required to leave camp, due to occupancy limits.
· No tagalongs (unregistered youth or adults). NO EXCEPTIONS.
· SLINGSHOTS training and the obstacle course will run continuously; and is included with your event ticket. No add-on ticket required. ALL participants must go through slingshot training before entering the obstacle course. Participation is subject to the instructor’s approval. Instructor may bar from participating anyone misbehaving or misusing slingshots.
** ADULT CHAPERONES must purchase a chaperone ticket. **
· Every DBJ troop/group MUST have at least one chaperone accompany them, AT ALL TIMES.
· Girl Scouts attending without a troop must be accompanied by an adult.
TEEN GIRL SCOUTS
· Teens may volunteer & earn Silver Trefoil hours (see below) AND/OR participate as attendees (pay the admission fee)
· Teens may circulate between stations with buddies if OK with Troop Leader.

· All volunteers get a t-shirt 👚 and a snack 🍿!
· Adults that want to be at camp (for free!) while their troop is participating in the event, should choose a volunteer slot on the signup that coincides with your troop’s admission registration. Volunteers do not count as a required chaperone for a youth or troop.
· Teens that want to volunteer for part of the day (no cost!) in addition to participating in the event, should choose a volunteer slot that is different from your Event or Skills admission slot.
** HOW TO REGISTER **
Timed entry tickets may be purchased as a troop or as an individual.
· One slot = One person (either Girl Scout Youth or Chaperone)
· If the tickets remaining for your time slot isn’t correct for your troop, please email Liz (liz@symborski.net) to see if we can accommodate you.
1. Choose your “EVENT” time slot
· Select the correct type (chaperone, CSA, or DBJ)
· Select a 3-hour window of time – if registering more than one person, make sure everyone who wants to be together has the same 3-hour time slot.
2. IF you want to add on an optional Skills Activity (Archery, Compass, Tomahawks/Knives), choose a time slot that is within the time of your Event time.
· Archery and Tomahawk tickets MUST be purchased in advance and cannot be added at camp.
· Compass may be added at camp, but only if space is still available.
· If a Skill slot does not accompany an Event slot, both during the same 3 hours, that skill slot will be canceled.
· If the skill selected is not appropriate for your age group, that skill slot will be canceled.
Miscellaneous (but important) Registration Notes:
· Credit processing fees are included in the ticket price.
· Please help us avoid costly Stripe refund fees, and contact Liz (liz@symborski.net) if there is a problem with a Stripe charge, you need to modify your signup or you need a refund.
· You will be asked for attendee names/emails, but you may leave them blank. We only need one person's/email/phone/address that is in charge of your group.
